Abilkairov Daulet Maksutovich

Born in 1983, a native of Zhambyl region.
In 2004 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a degree in International Relations;
In 2013, Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade, majoring in Finance;
In 2018, the University named after Nazarbayev majored in “Military Administration”.
He started his career on February 12, 2004 as Secretary of the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then worked as Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Korea
And also, for 2 years he worked as the third, second, first Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Australia, Europe and America).
He was the head of the Department of Regional Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Department of Trade Policy Development and Accession to the World Trade Organization of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He worked for a year as a consultant and for seven months as an inspector of the economic policy monitoring sector of the Socio-economic Monitoring Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Then he became a consultant to the Council of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Worked as Deputy Director of the Department of Social Policy and Development of state Bodies of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For more than a year he worked as the Director of the Department of Social Policy and Development of state Bodies of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Became the corporate secretary of the joint stock company “Real Estate Fund ” Samruk – Kazyna”
He was the Director of the Information and Analytical Department of the Samruk-Kazyna Real Estate Fund Joint Stock
Company and in 2013 became the Managing Director of the Department of Interaction with state Organizations of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund Joint Stock Company;
And also for five years he was Deputy chairman of the Board of the joint-stock company “Entrepreneurship Development Fund “Damu”
, including, worked as deputy chairman of the board of the non-state joint-stock company “International green technologies and Investment projects”;
And in 2021 he became deputy akim of the city of Taraz;
To date, he has been appointed Chairman of the Board of JSC “Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation “Taraz”.

He started his career as a Software Engineer at Astanaenergosbyt, then as a leading manager, chief manager at JSC “Center for Development and Protection of Competition Policy” under the Agency for Protection of Competition, with 100% participation of the state, manager at Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP
He held senior positions at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken”, LLP “SM — Stroy 2017”. Since 2022, Managing Director at JSC SEC “Taraz”
Abdualieva Lyazzat Seysembekovna

She was born in 1979 in Zhambyl region. She graduated from Taraz State University named after M. Kh. Dulati with a degree in Engineer-Economics and Jurisprudence. She also has a Master’s degree from “Moncosa” Business School with a specialization in “Business Administration”.
She started her career as the Head of Cash Settlement Department of Zhambyl Regional Branch of JSC “BTA Bank”, worked as the Account Manager of Retail Business Department, Leading Specialist of Retail Lending, Head of Credit Line Sector, Coordinator of Universal Lending, Head of Retail Lending Department.
She held managerial positions at Zhambyl regional branch of JSC “Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan”, Head of HR Service Department of Zhambyl regional branch of JSC “Tsesnabank”, Deputy Director for Retail Business. From 2019 worked as Head of Risk Service, from 2021 as Managing Director at JSC “SEBC “Taraz”.

He started his career as the head of the Settlement and Cash Department, a Credit expert of the retail Lending department, a leading specialist in problem debts, a branch coordinator, head of the OMRPC sector of the Zhambyl branch of Bank TuranAlem JSC
then he became the chief specialist, chief manager and head of the SME and CB Department at Eurasian Bank JSC Branch No. 10, then Managing Director at Agro-Onimderi LLP, Deputy Director at Rysbaeva & Co LLP, since 2021 Head of Risk Service, since 2022 Managing Director at SEC Taraz JSC
