"Astana Food Storage" LLP

Type of activity: Processing and cultivation of products of intensive fruit and apple orchard activity

Location: 8, Koltsevaya str., Shaykoryk village, Zhambyl oblast, Zhambyl district.

For development of intensive horticulture in Zhambyl region and within the framework of implementation of investment project "Creation of investment site for agricultural project of 1000 ha" on December 22, 2017 JSC "SEBC "Taraz" joined "Astana Food Storage" LLP by contributing to the share capital of the Partnership a land plot of 1000 ha, located in T. Ryskulovsky district.

As of today, the charter capital of the Partnership has been formed and amounts to 53,308,992 tenge.

"Burnoye Solar-1" LLP («Бурное Солар-1»)

Type of activity: Electricity generation by solar power plants

Location: Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhambyl region, Zhualy district, B. Momyshuly village, 14, Zhambyl str.

Within the framework of implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Concept of transition of Kazakhstan to Green Economy" dated May 30, 2013 within 10 months in Zhualy district of Zhambyl region a solar power plant "Burnoye Solar-1" with capacity of 50 MW was constructed and put into operation on 150 hectares of land.
On 30.07.2014, the Board of Directors of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" approved participation in the Construction of a 50 MW solar power plant in Zhualy district of Zhambyl region.
The project was implemented by JSC "SEBC "Taraz", Samruk-Kazyna Invest Limited Liability Partnership and the British company UG Energy Limited by establishing "Burnoye Solar-1" LLP («Бурное Солар-1»).

The project has a total investment of $128 million, with equity of $37 million and debt financing of $91 million.

"Maintaining joint apple growing business on 50 ha" together with SEBC "Shaykoryk bauy".

Type of activity: Crop production (cultivation of apple orchard of intensive type).

Location: 37, Varhan str., Shaykoryk village, Zhambyl oblast, Zhambyl district.

By decision of the Management Board of JSC "SEBC "Taraz", the participation of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" together with SEBC "Shaikoryk Bauy" in the project "Joint apple-growing activity on 50 ha" was approved by entering into a Joint Operation Agreement.
The contribution of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" to the joint activity is cash in the amount of 100 million tenge.
The contribution of SEBC "Shaykoryk Bauy" to the joint activity is: fruit and apple orchard of 50 ha, agricultural machinery: tractor - 3 units, sprayer - 3 units.
The joint activity agreement was concluded on May 5, 2017, for a period of 3 years.

"Conducting joint activity for the production of orthopaedic mattresses" together with IE "Povstyanko Grigory Yurievich"

Type of activity: Production of orthopedic mattresses.

Location: 8 B, Sypatay Batyr Str., Taraz city, Zhambyl Region, Kazakhstan.

The project provides for increase in volumes of orthopedic mattresses production on the base of existing enterprise.
Contribution of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" in joint activity is a building of former restaurant Shugyla, located at the address: Taraz, Sypatay Batyra street, 8 B, total area of sq.m.
The contribution of IE "Povstyanko Grigory Yurievich" to the joint activity is the equipment for production of orthopedic mattresses, as well as material and labour resources.
The joint activity agreement was concluded on 1 July 2019, for a period of 3 years.

"Taraz Auto Gaz" LLP

On 24.07.2020, the Board of Directors of SEBC approved the participation of SEBC in the project "Establishment of a network of gas filling stations in Zhambyl region".
The project concept provides for creation of a network of 10 automobile gas filling stations for selling high-quality gas fuel to car owners.
Currently the share capital of the partnership is 134,000,000 tenge. Stakes of participants of the Partnership are distributed as follows:
- Dzhankasimov Khamidulla Alpysbaevich - funds in the amount of 94 000 000 tenge, which will constitute 70.15%;
- JSC "SEBC "Taraz" - cash in the amount of 40 000 000 tenges, which will make up 29,85%.
As for today, JSC "SEBC "Taraz" transferred 2 plots of land at the address: Taraz, Aisha Bibi str., the area is 0,06 ha and 0,05 ha accordingly. As of today the works on land leveling and gravel covering are carried out, as well as on obtaining the permit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations for installation of equipment. After that 2 monoblocks will be delivered from Mangystau Oblast.
The Project implementation period is 2020-2026.

"Installation of social pavilions
for sale of food products, including stabilisation fund products" jointly with "Social pavilions" LLP.

A joint venture agreement dated 25.02.2020 was concluded between JSC "SEBC "Taraz" and "Social Pavilions" LLP under which:
- Contribution of SEBC is 100 000 000 tenge (for installation and manufacturing of 10 pavilions) and 15 land plots;
- Contribution of "Social Pavilions" LLP is 80 000 000 tenge as working capital (for provision of products), 50 000 000 tenge (for installation and manufacturing of 5 pavilions).
To date, 8 pavilions have been installed; the remaining pavilions are expected to be manufactured and installed by the end of 2021.

Project "Footwear and Leather Goods Production in Taraz"

On 02.06.2017 the Board of Directors of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" decided to participate in the project "Production of Footwear and Leather Goods in Taraz" by "TarazKozhObuv" LLP (hereinafter - TKO).
The main purpose of the Project is to replenish the working capital to expand the production activities of TKO.
Within the framework of the Project implementation the following main activities will be carried out:
- leather processing;
- production of men's modelling shoes;
- production of military shoes for the armed forces;
- production of working and special shoes for industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the decision of the General Meeting of participants of TKO, the share capital of the partnership is 1,983,611,000 tenge (Minutes No. 4 dated 27.08.2018).
The share of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" in the charter capital is 250,000,000 tenge (or 12.603%), the share of the second participant is 1,733,611,000 tenge (87.397%).

"Zhambyl Wholesale and Distribution Centre" LLP

On September 23, 2019 the Board of Directors of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" decided to involve JSC "SEBC "Taraz" in the project "Establishment of the Wholesale" and "ОРЦ Zhambyl" LLP.
The main purpose of the project is to contain food prices in Zhambyl region.
The registered capital of the partnership is 450,000,000 tenge. The shares of the participants of the partnership are distributed as follows:
- "Damdes Agro" LLP - cash in the amount of 315,000,000 tenge, which will constitute 70%;
- SEBC Taraz - cash in the amount of 135 000 000 KZT, which will constitute 30%.
The production base of "ОРЦ Zhambyl" LLP is located in Baizak district, at Uch Bulak station. The total area of the land plot is 4 hectares.
The grounds are located:
- Transformer substation for 1 000 kW;
- Vegetable storehouse by the area 5 405,7 sq.m. with volume of storage of 10 000 tons of production;
- Administrative building with an area of 499,5 sq.m;
- Canteen - 318,5 sq.m;
- Gas-distributing block;
- Technological premises;
- The sorting equipment.
- Railroad dead-end with length of 438,9 sq.m.
In addition, in accordance with the financial and economic feasibility study and the conclusion of economic expertise on financial and economic education, to date, the purchase of the following equipment has been confirmed:

The "ОРЦ" has 16 storage chambers independent of each other, with an automated storage temperature control system from -2t to +15t. The size of one chamber is 200 sq.m., ceiling height 4,5-5 meters. The total area of the cells is 3200 sq.m.

Joint activity agreement with "ANS - Agro" LLP and КХ "ANS - Agro"

Type of activity: Growing and selling sugar beet seeds

Location: Within the territory of "ПК "Kenes" of Bayzak District of Zhambyl Region

Contributions:
JSC "SEBC "Taraz" - cash in the amount of 45,000,000 Tenge;
"ANS - Agro" LLP - sugar beet seeds in amount of 31,328,835 tenge;
"KX "ANS - Agro" - agricultural equipment to the cost of 24 705 800 tenge.
The project stipulates organization of agricultural enterprise which will specialize in sugar beet growing on the area of 72 hectares in Bayzak district.

"Taraz Service and Production Centre" LLP

Type of activity: Service for reception of agricultural machinery for the purchase of a new one, manufacture of the hinged and trailed equipment, major overhaul of agricultural machinery.

Location: 173, Koygeldy St., Taraz city, Zhambyl Region, Kazakhstan.
Initiator - "СП "AgromashHolding" LLP.

Contributions:
JSC "SEBC "Taraz" - cash in amount of 24 500 000 KZT;
"СП "AgromashHolding" LLP - cash in the amount of 25 500 000 tenge.
The contributions of both parties are planned to be used for purchase of old agricultural equipment, spare parts and payment of salaries to the personnel. "СП "AgromashHolding" LLP is obliged to provide the Partnership with labor resources, organize operational, accounting, financial activities, business processes, personnel training, provide technological processes on repair and restoration of machinery. The joint company "Taraz Service and Production Centre" LLP was registered on 19.10.2020. At the present stage the specialists of "СП "AgromashHolding" LLP examined 50 units of agricultural machinery out of which 12 units were subject to repair. At the moment the search and inspection of agricultural machinery for further repair is going on. The planned staffing level is 35 people.

"Public-Private Partnership Centre Aulie-Ata" LLP

Type of activity: Advisory support for concession and public-private partnership projects

Location: 173, Kolbashy Koigeldy str., Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhambyl region, Taraz city.

Initiator - "ГЧП Consulting" LLP

Contributions:
JSC "SEBC "Taraz" - cash in the amount of 30,000 tenge;
"ГЧП Consulting" LLP - cash in the amount of 70 000 tenge
Public-private partnership is an interaction of business and state (authority) in the process of implementation of socially significant projects of national importance on conditions of balanced distribution of risks, benefits and expenses, rights and obligations defined in corresponding contracts.

Joint activity agreements with "КХ "Ak-Bidai-2", "КХ "Nurzhan" and "Ecostar-A" LLP

Type of business: raspberry growing

Location: in Merke and Jualy districts

Land plot 12.0 ha worth 20.9 mln tenge, additional pledge of residential house in Taraz valued at 23.3 million tenge.
The funds provided for the project implementation will be used for replanting of seedlings and purchase of polyethylene film.

"MF Sweet" LLP

Type of activity: Manufacture of chocolate and jelly sweets

Location: 336 Tolebi Street, Taraz city, Zhambyl region.

With the support of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" a project to set up a confectionery plant is being implemented in the regional centre. Cost of the project is 8 billion tenge. A private partner and initiator of the project is local investor Farida Amansarievna Junusova, who has experience in implementing large projects. It is planned to attract funds of Development "Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC for realization of the project.
The site for construction of the confectionery plant was selected on the territory of the former trolleybus park, which was transferred by JSC "SEBC "Taraz" to the joint venture as a contribution. The project involves the production of a wide range of chocolate and jelly sweets. Production will be established on modern German equipment of "Gecona TEK" GmbH. Production capacity will be more than 2,500 tonnes of finished products a year.

"Taraz Baspana" LLP

Type of activity: Construction of multifamily residential buildings

Location: RK, Zhambyl region, Taraz, microdistrict 14

For the purposes of construction of affordable, modern housing in Taraz, JSC "SEBC "Taraz" decided to participate in the project "Construction of a group of residential complexes in Taraz" jointly with LLP "Sarmat Development". For implementation of the project "Taraz Baspana" LLP was established and land plots were provided by JSC "SEBC "Taraz" for construction in 14 micro-district of Taraz city. The preliminary construction estimate is 38 billion tenge. The project envisages construction of more than 1800 flats; the selling price per square meter is 180,000 tenge.

Project "Construction of multifamily social dwelling houses in Taraz city for citizens in difficult life situation".

A Joint Activity Agreement dated 01.03.2021 was concluded between JSC "SEBC "Taraz" and "Halyk Charity Fund" Private Fund under which:
- Contribution of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" is a land plot of 2.55 hectares, located at the address of Taraz, 15 microdistrict, at the end of Suleymanov street;
- The contribution of Halyk Welfare Fund is cash in the amount of not less than 800,000,000 tenge for construction of social dwelling houses.
To date, the Halyk Welfare Fund is working on obtaining a guarantee from the Taraz Akimat to provide the necessary infrastructure for the construction of apartment buildings, after which an acceptance certificate will be signed between the SEBC and the Halyk Welfare Fund.

Project "Construction of multi-apartment social residential buildings" together with "MEYIRIMDI ASYL ADAM" Charity Fund

On Хх.хх.2021 by the Board of JSC "SEBC "Taraz" decided to sign an agreement on joint activities with Charity Fund "MEYIRIMDI ASYL ADAM" in the framework of "Construction of multifamily social dwelling houses" project.
Within the framework of the Agreement, the contribution of the SEBC is a land plot of 1.08 hectares at the address of Taraz, microdistrict 15, at the end of Suleymanov Street;
The contribution of Halyk Welfare Fund is cash to be used for construction of social dwellings.
To date, the Agreement is under negotiation between the parties.

Joint activity agreement with "South Holiday" LLP

Type of activity: Construction of recreation area at Zerbulak Lake

Location: in the city of Taraz, in the recreation area near the lake Zerbulak

Contributions:
JSC "SEBC "Taraz" - land plot of 16.2 hectares
"South Holiday" LLP - funds in the amount of 1.5 billion KZT.

The project provides for construction of a recreation zone near Zerbulak lake. On the territory of recreation zone will be available wide range of services and entertainments, such as: restaurant, summer cafe, swimming pools, basketball playground, mini football field, tennis court, area for horse riding, fishing, jogging and bike track, playground and children swimming pool will be provided.

Joint activity agreement with IE "Aisara"

Type of activity: production of drinking water
Location: in T. Ryskulovsky district

Deposits:
JSC "SEBC "Taraz" - funds in the amount of 30.0 million tenge
IE "Aisara" - funds in the amount of 5,0 mln.tg and equipment at the cost of 10,0 million tenge.
The project will produce bottled drinking water. The raw material is water from artesian sources and tap water from the centralised network, which undergoes three stages of purification.
"Merkenskaya" water will be sold through a network of retail outlets specialising directly in drinking water.

"Construction of the "Kar-Alma" Alpine Skiing Complex jointly with "Tarazstroy-2004" LLP"

On November 30, 2018 JSC "SEBC "Taraz" and "Tarazstroy-2004" LLP concluded a Joint Activity Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) for implementation of the project "Implementation of investment project of mountain skiing complex "Kar-Alma" (hereinafter referred to as the Project).
The Project provides for construction of an international class mountain skiing complex in Zhualy district of Zhambyl region, where skiing and training of skiers and snowboarders of any skill level, as well as competitions, sports training and practice camps, and sports and entertainment shows will be provided on the slopes of the complex.
On the part of JSC "SEBC "Taraz", the contribution is:
- 36 land plots with a total area of 21.0843 ha;
On the part of "Tarazstroy-2004" LLP the contribution is:
- Money to be used for the construction of the ski complex, etc.
To date, electricity and gas supply networks have been connected and a road (7 km) has been constructed. A chairlift and a tow lift, a technical box, a café, a service centre and landscaping facilities are nearing completion.
In addition, by the end of 2023, a hotel, a restaurant, a café at the top site, a swimming pool, etc. will be built.
